RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DO YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
Sometimes things happen! We offer exchanges and returns on all full price merchandise within 30 days at the shipping cost of the purchaser. Please note that there are some exclusions. All sale items are final sale, no exchange or return.

ORDER RECEIVED DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
Here at Wild Hearts we take the quality of our products very seriously and we can assure you that any damages or faulty products will be compensated for. Please send us an email that includes photos of the damages to email@example.com and we will have your new items shipped out ASAP.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
